Andrew Johnson
Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Florida State University and received his Certified Public Accountant certificate in the State of Georgia. He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Alan Turner
Alan holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Glasgow, Scotland and he has lived and worked in the Cayman Islands since April 1988. He was a member of the Law Society of Scotland and he is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
Julie Couture
Julie is originally from Canada and graduated from Université du Québec à Trois- Rivières after which she became a Chartered Professional Accountant in 2003. Julie joined PwC in Quebec City after university and then moved to PwC in the Cayman Islands in 2004. She was continually promoted attaining the position of senior manager in 2010.
Alistair Cowper
Alistair serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Circumference FS and Circumference Legal (“Circumference”) and has been a Certified AML Specialist (CAMS) since 2003.
Astrid Danner
Astrid has over 20 years’ experience in legal services in the Cayman Islands working for Circumference Legal and prior to that 5 years for one of the major international law firms in the Cayman Islands (Walkers). She is fluent in English and German.
Vivia Ebanks
Vivia has worked in the financial services industry for over 26 years including time at a leading retail and commercial bank. Her duties included customer service agent, dealing with collection matters and handling of dormant accounts. She then spent 16 years in the corporate services department of a major accounting and audit firm.
Lorraine C. Ebanks
Lorraine assists in helping the office run smoothly. She is the first point of contact when visiting our office. She liaises with the Cayman Islands Government Immigration Department with processing of work permits and renewals.
Helen Fairs-Hall
Helen has over thirty years of experience at senior and managerial level positions within the financial services industry both in the UK and Cayman Islands. She has qualifications from the Canadian Securities Institute, the Cayman Islands Bankers Association (Advanced Trust Course) and the Canadian Institute of Financial Planners.
Jane Fleming
Jane holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting degree from Glasgow University and received her Chartered Accountant certificate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS), placing second in her final exams. She is also an Accredited Director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.
Wendy Hoo-Sue
Wendy has a Certificate in Business Administration and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and is a Notary Public.
Lucinda Lawson
Lucinda has over 20 years’ experience in corporate management and legal services in the Cayman Islands working with the head of the corporate department at Turners for 13 years and prior to that working for 2 other major international law firms in the Cayman Islands.
Kirsten Le Pape
Kirsten graduated with a degree in accounting from Averett University, Virginia, USA in 1991. She joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel company after graduating and remained with them until she joined Circumference FS (Cayman) Ltd in 2007.
Martin Mcdermott
Martin has a degree in Economics and Accounting from Liverpool University and is fluent in both English and French.
Ian Ross
Ian graduated as a Chartered Accountant in Glasgow, Scotland and was admitted as a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in 1976.
